Per Klacid Hp (7 days) combi pack 14 Klacid tab each containing Clarithromycin 500 mg, 14 Controloc tab each containing Pantoprazole Na 40 mg, 14 Ospamox tab each containing Amoxicillin 1 g. Dosage/Direction for Use

1 tab of each drug bd for 1-2 wk.

Overdosage

View Klacid Hp overdosage for action to be taken in the event of an overdose.

Administration

Controloc: Should be taken on an empty stomach: Take 1 hr before meals. Swallow whole, do not chew/crush. Klacid & Ospamox: May be taken with or without food.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to macrolides or penicillins. Mononucleosis, lymphatic leukaemia, moderate to severe hepatic or renal impairment. Co-administration of ergot derivatives, cisapride, pimozide, terfenadine or astemizole.

Special Precautions

Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins or other β-lactams. Exclude GI malignancy first. Hepatic or renal impairment. Pregnancy & lactation.
